When you take photos of receipts or select images from your gallery, we process these images using our OCR (Optical Character Recognition) service to extract text and financial information. Images are processed by OpenAI Vision API to recognize and extract data from receipts.
We may collect limited device information necessary for app functionality:
• Device type and operating system version
• App version and usage statistics
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
• To provide receipt scanning and expense tracking functionality
• To generate financial analytics, reports, and forecasts
• To process images through OCR services to extract receipt data
• To improve app performance and user experience
• To send you notifications and reminders (with your consent)
All your financial data, including receipts, incomes, budgets, and analytics, is stored locally on your device using secure local storage. We do not maintain a central database of your information. Your data never leaves your device except when:
• You export data (CSV, JSON, PDF) and share it yourself
• You use the OCR feature, which requires sending images to OpenAI Vision API for text recognition
When you scan a receipt, the image is temporarily sent to OpenAI Vision API for processing. OpenAI's Privacy Policy applies to this data transmission. We do not store images on external servers, and images are not retained by our service after processing.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
• Local encryption of sensitive data
• Secure API connections (HTTPS) for OCR processing
• No cloud storage or external databases
• Regular security updates and patches

• User Export: You can export your data at any time using the export feature
You have full control over your data:
• Access: All your data is stored locally and accessible through the app
• Export: You can export all your data in CSV, JSON, or PDF formats at any time
• Deletion: You can delete individual receipts, incomes, or budgets at any time
• App Deletion: Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data
• Notifications: You can control notification settings in the app settings
Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
