We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To provide receipt scanning and expense tracking functionality

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage

All your financial data, including receipts, incomes, budgets, and analytics, is stored locally on your device using secure local storage. We do not maintain a central database of your information. Your data never leaves your device except when:

• You export data (CSV, JSON, PDF) and share it yourself

• You use the OCR feature, which requires sending images to OpenAI Vision API for text recognition

4.2 OCR Processing

When you scan a receipt, the image is temporarily sent to OpenAI Vision API for processing. OpenAI's Privacy Policy applies to this data transmission. We do not store images on external servers, and images are not retained by our service after processing.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Local encryption of sensitive data

• App Deletion: Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data
